Privacy notice

This MVP stores the account and project information needed to operate the service: profile details, project descriptions, repository links, collaboration requests, comments, saved projects, stars, and notifications.

Account data

Authentication credentials are managed by Better Auth and stored in the configured database. Passwords are not exposed in public profile or project queries. Public profiles display the name, username, biography, skills, website, GitHub link, and published projects you provide.

Project and community data

Published project details, public comments, and public activity are visible to visitors. Drafts are restricted to their owner. Collaboration request messages are visible to the requester and project owner.

Operations and retention

The operator of a deployment controls its database, backups, hosting logs, and any configured email provider. This local-first MVP does not include self-serve account deletion or a cookie analytics system. Contact the deployment operator to request access or deletion.

This starter notice must be reviewed and replaced with a jurisdiction-specific privacy notice before public launch.
