Community guidelines

SecondBuild works when people can share unfinished work without being pressured, misrepresented, or surprised about what happens to their code.

Be honest about the handoff

• Describe what works and what is incomplete as accurately as you can.
• Only share projects and links you are allowed to share. Report suspected infringement instead of republishing the work.
• Say what permission applies. A public repository without a license is not permission to reuse it.

Be useful and respectful

• Make collaboration requests specific, considerate, and relevant to the project.
• Do not harass, impersonate, spam, or use collaboration requests to solicit unrelated services.
• Respect a creator's decision to decline a request or archive a project.

Safety and reports

Do not upload or link to malicious files. Use the report control on a project for spam, unsafe links, impersonation, harassment, misleading information, or rights concerns. Reports are reviewed by configured moderators.
